Thats Right Reef Geeks of Chicago is under NEW OWNERSHIP! The new team has been busy working day and night to give you the best we possibly can. At times it feels like it would have been easier to have cleaned up the inside some, then just fill the shop with cheaply sourced coral and fish, then turn and burn chop shop style. But we have dug in and stuck to the ideals and principles our team laid out when we decided to buy and create The New Reef Geeks. We have completely overhauled the shop inside and out. We choose to take the time, do the research and put in the work to make sure we always gave you the best dry products, foods, advice, environment, knowledge and sustainably sourced higher quality coral, inverts and fish. We wanted you to be able to shop with confidence knowing that any item you receive from us was treated with the utmost care, cleaned, QT’d, given the best foods, water, and medications to ensure their health and happiness. We know that the process of rebuilding and the changes we made may affect people differently, but we are glad to see that those changes have been received and recognized by our customers and the community in such a positive way.
